1. Definitions

The following terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a 33wmb player.

"Qualifying Bet"	A real-money wager placed on eligible games or markets that counts toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Certain game categories (e.g., specific table games at low stakes) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual bonus terms.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 33wmb conducts at registration and before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents include a valid national identity card or passport.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country or territory from which access to and use of the 33wmb platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law or 33wmb's operational policies.
"BST"	Bangladesh Standard Time — UTC+6. All time references in these Terms & Conditions refer to BST unless otherwise stated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 33wmb platform is conditional on your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance occurs at the moment you complete the 33wmb account registration process and tick the confirmation checkbox indicating that you have read and agreed to these terms. Acceptance also occurs if you continue to use the platform following notification of any update to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with 33wmb's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 33wmb. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By using 33wmb, you expressly confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• The funds you deposit into your 33wmb account are from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of crime.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are the sole beneficial owner of your account.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from 33wmb or any other gambling platform for misconduct.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

This age restriction is absolute and applies to all services offered on the platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, and any promotional offers. 33wmb takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously and has implemented multiple verification measures to enforce this restriction.

3.1 Age Verification Procedure

3.2 Consequences of Underage Registration

If 33wmb determines at any point that a player account was registered by an individual under the age of 18, the following actions will be taken without notice: the account will be immediately suspended and then permanently closed; all pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled; any balance remaining in the account will be withheld and reviewed in line with applicable policies; and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where required. 33wmb will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player or any third party as a result of underage use of the platform.

3.3 Geographical Eligibility

33wmb primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 33wmb platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 33wmb makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside its licensed operating territory. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and without any right to claim against 33wmb for any consequence arising from that access.

4. Account Registration & Management

To access any real-money feature of the 33wmb platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagering — a player must hold a registered, verified 33wmb account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible players in Bangladesh.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When creating a 33wmb account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number (used as your primary account identifier), and a secure password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change after registration.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 33wmb account at any time. Registering more than one account — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 33wmb reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balance and bonuses associated with those accounts. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function rather than creating a new account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33wmb account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 33wmb will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 33wmb support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

33wmb operates a Know Your Customer process to verify player identity, age, and the source of funds used for deposits. KYC documents are requested before a player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter at 33wmb's discretion. Players who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will have their withdrawal requests placed on hold. 33wmb's KYC process is conducted in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33wmb platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 33wmb supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may also be available subject to periodic review. Visa and Mastercard card transactions may be offered at 33wmb's discretion.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to limits set by the chosen payment method and any account-level limits applied following KYC review.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your 33wmb balance within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• 33wmb does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically delivered within 1–3 business days depending on the payment method.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• 33wmb reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending additional verification checks if unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawals may not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

33wmb is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. All deposits and withdrawal patterns are monitored. 33wmb reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds used for deposits at any time. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable international standards. Players who are found to be using 33wmb for money laundering or any other financial crime will have their accounts permanently closed and their funds frozen pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

33wmb offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above with fully verified accounts only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states it is a recurring promotion.
• Bonus funds are tracked separately from real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses at 33wmb is 20x the bonus amount unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Example: a ৳5,000 bonus carries a wagering requirement of ৳100,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• 33wmb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain available under the terms in place at the time of crediting.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated systems to place wagering-requirement bets, hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional conditions — is strictly prohibited. 33wmb employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is identified, 33wmb reserves the right to void the bonus, void bets placed using bonus funds, and suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.

6.3 Game Contribution to Wagering Requirements

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Sports betting (pre-match, minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution.
• Live casino table games (Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution.
• Live in-play sports betting: 50% contribution.
• Specific excluded games: As listed in the individual bonus terms. Bets placed on excluded games during a bonus period do not contribute to wagering requirements and may be voided.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on 33wmb — whether on cricket, football, judo, live casino games, slots, or any other market — are subject to the rules set out in this section and to the specific rules applicable to each game or market type.

7.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted subject to available markets and the published odds at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• 33wmb reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the odds were published in error or that the market was affected by corrupted or incomplete information.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the state of play at the time of acceptance. 33wmb reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Minimum bet stake: ৳20 per selection.
• Maximum payout per single bet: ৳1,000,000 (one million Taka). Maximum payout per accumulator: ৳2,000,000. These limits apply regardless of the stake placed.
• Any bet placed after the event to which it relates has commenced will be void, unless explicitly offered as an in-play market.

7.2 Casino Games

• All casino games on 33wmb use certified random number generation (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. 33wmb will not be liable for any potential winnings that may have resulted from a malfunctioning round.
• Players must not use any software, script, robot, or automated system to play casino games. Any such usage will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

7.3 Collusion and Match Fixing

33wmb has zero tolerance for collusion between players, match fixing, or any other attempt to manipulate game or betting outcomes. Any player found to be involved in or associated with such activity will have their account immediately and permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities. 33wmb cooperates fully with investigations by sporting governing bodies including the ICC, FIFA, and the Bangladesh Cricket Board.

8. Responsible Gaming

33wmb is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players in Bangladesh. The platform provides a suite of tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited into your 33wmb account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33wmb platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any 33wmb content without express written permission.
• Use the 33wmb brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or on any third-party platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the 33wmb platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the 33wmb platform using automated means.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Playtech, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective companies and is licensed to 33wmb for display on the platform. Any unauthorised use of such content is a breach of both these Terms & Conditions and the intellectual property rights of the relevant supplier.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33wmb's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 33wmb account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33wmb shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of service due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or events outside 33wmb's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to secure their account login credentials.
• Incorrect account information provided by the player that results in a failed or misdirected payment.
• Any decision made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Losses incurred as a result of a game malfunction where the malfunctioning round has been voided and the stake returned.

11. Account Closure & Termination

Either party may close a 33wmb account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

11.1 Closure by the Player

A player may request the closure of their 33wmb account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure is completed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests submitted in connection with a self-exclusion or problem gambling concern will be processed immediately without question.

11.2 Closure by 33wmb

33wmb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time frame specified by 33wmb.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (see section 11.3 below).
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Any other circumstance in which 33wmb determines, in its reasonable discretion, that maintaining the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to applying an inactivity status, 33wmb will send a notification to the player's registered mobile number. If no activity is recorded within 30 days of that notification, an administrative fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the account balance to cover maintenance costs. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate an inactive account by contacting support.

12. Amendments to These Terms

33wmb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 33wmb will notify players via a notice displayed on the platform at login and, where practicable, via SMS to the player's registered Bangladeshi mobile number. The effective date of the revised terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

Continued use of the 33wmb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with section 11.1 above.
